Return of goods

Quality goods can be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods.

You can recover the amount paid:

- the money will be transferred to your bank account;

To return goods via parcel machine, you need:

- contact by e-mail info@ beautyofqueen.com ;

- our customer center team will fill in all the necessary information and, if necessary, help with any other questions;

- You will receive a confirmation code via email and SMS (messages may be delayed), which you will need to use at the parcel machine.

- find the most convenient, closest parcel machine for you;

- enter the received code, attach the printed sticker and send the goods to us;

- return price 3.00 Eur.;

- the return cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded;

- you are happy with the money you have returned;

When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:

- The returned Product must be in its original, neat packaging;

- The product must be undamaged by the Buyer;

- The product must be unused and in good condition;

- the returned Product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received;

- does not apply to poor quality goods.

Goods that were not purchased from the Seller or that were damaged intentionally or due to negligence are not eligible for return.

It should be noted that you can return all goods sold by Beauty_of_Queen, except for the exceptions provided for in Article 6.22810, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (e.g., you will not be able to return pre-packaged goods that you unpacked after delivery and which are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons; perishable goods with a short shelf life; packaged video or software that was unpacked after delivery, etc.).
Based on Article 6.363, paragraph 8 of the Civil Code, we note that the buyer does not have the right to terminate the contract if the defect in the item is minor.
