All goods are shipped from Lithuania.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request changes and/or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests after this time will be rejected. Once you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order be fulfilled?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for processing during holidays and sales. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order and shipped the next business day after processing.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take 3-10 days to ship.

What should I do if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you can get a full refund.

What should I do if the item(s) I received are of poor quality/wrong/damaged?


Please contact us if you have received an incorrect, missing and/or damaged item. Upon receipt of your shipment, please provide your order number, photos of the item(s) and any relevant references. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I get my money back?

All refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item or order cancellation request. If you have any questions about when your credit will be credited to your account, please contact your card-issuing bank. If you have not yet received your refund, here's what to do: Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
